    Connect both sides

    Allow Reminders access, then choose Google Calendar or Outlook. JoinVia creates or reuses one separate calendar and never touches the default calendar.

    Choose what appears

    Pick the Apple Reminder lists you want to mirror. Date-only reminders become all-day events; timed reminders use your event settings.

    Use Sync Now anytime, choose an Automatic Sync frequency as a best-effort backup and add both recommended Shortcut automations for more predictable updates.
