How can we help?
Tell us what happened and what you expected. Please never include reminder content, Google or Microsoft tokens, completion-link URLs or other private account information.
Email support@joinvia.onlineSync not updating?
Open JoinVia and use Sync Now. Confirm your iPhone is online and that Reminders plus the active calendar destination show as connected. Settings → Sync Activity shows recent safe result details.
Completion link not opening?
Install the latest JoinVia build on the same iPhone, then run Sync Now so incomplete events receive current links. If the handoff page stays open, tap Open JoinVia. The app always asks before completing anything.
Want more predictable syncing?
Automatic Sync runs when iOS allows it, so Frequent, Hourly and Daily are earliest eligibility choices rather than guaranteed schedules. Follow Settings → Shortcut Automations to create both recommended personal automations: after Reminders closes and when your calendar app opens.
Something changed in the calendar?
Apple Reminders remains the source of truth. Manual changes to mapped Google or Outlook events are corrected during the next sync.
Want to change what is copied?
Use Settings → Reminder lists to choose lists, provider appearance and per-list rules. With Pro and both destinations active, choose Google, Outlook or both for each list. Event appearance controls timing, alerts and optional details; Completing reminders controls links and completed events.
Want to remove your data?
Use Settings → Privacy & Data → Erase JoinVia Data. You can keep remote copies or remove mapped events first when all affected providers are connected.
Found a bug or have an idea?
Open Settings → Help & Diagnostics. Bug, feature and feedback buttons create a draft in your email app; nothing is sent automatically.
