What JoinVia does

JoinVia mirrors selected dated Apple Reminders into a separate Google Calendar or Outlook calendar. Apple Reminders remains the source of truth.

Optional calendar completion actions can mark one Apple reminder complete after you tap its action. You can choose immediate completion or require an additional review and confirmation in JoinVia.

Your accounts and data

You are responsible for the Apple, Google and Microsoft accounts you connect, the reminder lists you select and the calendar completion preference you choose.

You must use JoinVia lawfully and must not try to bypass its security, interfere with the service or use it to access another person's data.

Third-party services

JoinVia depends on Apple Reminders, iOS, Google Calendar, Microsoft Outlook and their APIs. Their own terms and availability also apply.

Those providers can change, restrict or interrupt their services. JoinVia cannot guarantee their uptime or background scheduling decisions made by iOS.

Sync expectations

JoinVia is designed to reconcile changes accurately, but it is not a real-time cloud service. Background timing is not guaranteed. Check important reminders in Apple Reminders and use Sync Now when timing matters.

Keep appropriate backups and review your calendars before relying on them for critical, medical, legal, financial or safety-related deadlines.

Purchases

Syncing to one chosen calendar destination remains free. The optional annual or lifetime JoinVia Pro purchase unlocks Google Calendar and Outlook together, per-list destination routing, premium appearance, extended activity and Family Sharing for up to six family members while the entitlement is active.

Apple processes Pro purchases and optional tips; JoinVia does not receive payment details. The planned launch offers are €2.99 per year after a one-month introductory trial for eligible new subscribers, or €29.99 as a one-time lifetime purchase; Apple shows the final localized price and eligibility before purchase. Subscription renewal and cancellation, Family Sharing and refund requests are managed through Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Tips do not unlock features.

Availability and changes

JoinVia may be updated, changed, suspended or discontinued. Features may change as Apple, Google or Microsoft platforms evolve.

If these terms materially change, the effective date below will be updated. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Disclaimer and liability

JoinVia is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. No software can promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JoinVia's developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or inability to use, JoinVia. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
